### Which email platform do you use?

We work in your account on platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo or ActiveCampaign. If you don't have one yet, we recommend one and set it up in your name.

### Who owns the email list?

You do. The platform account and every contact stay yours, whether or not you keep working with us.

### How many emails are included?

Each plan includes 2, 4 or 8 campaigns a month and a sending volume of up to 25,000, 40,000 or 75,000 emails a month.

### Do you buy email lists?

No. We only email people who've opted in. Bought lists hurt deliverability, and in the EU they usually break privacy law.

### How do you protect deliverability?

We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warm up new senders gradually, clean inactive contacts and watch bounce and complaint rates every month.

### Posso cancelar?

Sim. Os planos são faturados mensalmente e pode cancelar a qualquer momento, sem qualquer taxa de cancelamento.
